We ship worldwide from our packing room. Every order leaves with a tracking number — you'll get it by email as soon as your scoop is on its way.
Lucky Scoops are packed one by one (that's the whole point), so please allow 2–3 business days for us to scoop, wrap, and film before shipping. Orders with a packing video may take one extra day.
Typically 8–15 business days to the US after dispatch. Occasionally customs adds a few days — your tracking will always show where your parcel is.
Orders over $88 ship free, worldwide — that's a Grand Scoop with a packing video, or any two scoops. Under $88, tracked shipping is a flat $9.90.
Some destinations need extra recipient details for customs clearance or delivery.
Brazil. When checkout requests customs information, enter the recipient’s CPF, or CNPJ for a business. The recipient’s name must match the registration.
South Korea. Use the recipient’s Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) in the requested checkout field, not a national ID number. Get a PCCC.
Chile. Enter the recipient’s RUT/RUN if checkout provides a field. Otherwise, contact us so we can arrange the required customs details before dispatch.
Saudi Arabia. Add the National Address short code (4 letters followed by 4 digits) in Address line 2 / Apartment, suite, etc., alongside your unit number if needed. Keep your full street address and postal code in their usual fields. Find your short code.
United Kingdom. For ordinary personal purchases, we do not routinely ask for a UK tax number. The carrier may contact you if additional customs information is needed.
