We ship worldwide from our packing room. Every order leaves with a tracking number — you'll get it by email as soon as your scoop is on its way.
Lucky Scoops are packed one by one (that's the whole point 🎀), so please allow 2–3 business days for us to scoop, wrap, and film before shipping. Orders with a packing video may take one extra day.
Typically 8–15 business days to the US after dispatch. Occasionally customs adds a few days — your tracking will always show where your parcel is.
Founding period: every order ships free, worldwide — our launch gift to our first customers. Later on, free shipping will start at $119 (that's any two scoops).
